2021-2022 Student Tuition Fee Agreement
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for choosing ICS to serve your children. Below are the tuitions and fees for the 2021-22 school year. If you are a new family to our school, the first step in the enrollment process is to complete the online application form at: https://icsannandale.org/application. Please take the time to fill out all portions of the form completely. Your registration will not be considered complete until all registration paperwork is completed properly, submitted, and your Commitment Fee* has been received via FACTS.
2021-2022 Programs and Commitment Fees (Per Family*):
2-Year Old Program (8:30-10:30 AM, Th Fall, T and TH Spring) $75
3-Year Old Program (8:15-11:15 AM or 12-3 PM, M-W-F) $500
4-Year Old Program (8:15-11:15 AM or 12-3 PM M-T-W-Th-F) $500
Transitional Kindergarten (8:15 AM-12:15 PM, M-T-W-Th-F) $500
Kindergarten-8th Grade (Full-Time Student, 7:50AM-2:50PM, M-T-W-Th-F) $500
*One Commitment Fee is charged per family. Each family will be charged one $500 Commitment Fee, except for families only having a child(ren) in the 2-Year Old Program. Families only having a child(ren) in the 2-Year Old Program will be charged one $75 Commitment Fee. Please note, the Commitment Fee is non-refundable.
Previous year students will not be re-enrolled if they have an outstanding debt owed to the school.

3-Year Old Program: $2,985/year
4-Year Old PM Program: $3,395/year
4-Year Old AM Program: $4,150/year
Transitional Kindergarten: $5,075/year

(Yearly tuition fees may be spread over 10 months via FACTS).*In order to receive the K-8 Catholic Subsidized tuition rate, the student must be a registered, practicing member of a Catholic parish within the Diocese of Metuchen.
Please Note:
The per pupil cost of educating each child in grades K-8 at Immaculate
Conception School is approximately $9,700. To compensate for the
difference between our tuition rates and the actual per pupil cost, each
family with a child(ren) in grades K-8 is required to participate in both
our SCRIP program and our Service Hours program. Families wishing
to pay the full cost of education, $9,700 per student, will be exempt
from all SCRIP and Service Hour obligations.
