Dear ICS Families,
HSA DUES $40.00
Your Home and School Association is required by the Diocese of Metuchen to collect family dues. This money is collected on behalf of the Diocese and is used for marketing and to sponsor Diocesan HSA workshops and activities that support fundraising idea generation. Each family with students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth is levied $15.00.
ICS HSA is also collecting dues this year for use by the HSA to help offset the miscellaneous expenses that are incurred throughout the year. This will be used to fund various HSA functions which in the past included the staff luncheon, open house, and back to school night. In an effort to eliminate the need to ask for money throughout the year for various events, these funds will also be used to support projects such as the Jubilee, Festival and other fundraisers that are developed this year. Each family is asked to contribute $25.00.
In the past, we have asked this remittance to be sent to the school office via cash/check with your child. To alleviate logistics issues in the current conditions, we are asking for you to pay electronically by October 1st. Please complete the payment below.
