- Oct 8 – 4:00 pm – St. E’s Invitational at Natirar
- Oct 17 – St. Cassian’s Invitational
- Oct 24 – 11:00 am – OLMC Spooktacular
- Nov 1 – 1:30 pm – Met Pat Championship at Greystone (Central Park of Morris County)
- Nov 7 – Noon – State Championship (Basking Ridge)

I understand that participation in athletic activities involves the risk of injury. I acknowledge that the school, coaches, and volunteers will take reasonable precautions to ensure my child(ren)'s safety, but I accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

  Cross Country is a team effort—and not just for the runners! We’ll need parent volunteers to help with coaching support and course monitoring during practices. No experience needed—just a willingness to help!
