All orders must be received no later than November 15th. Payment in full is required at the time of order. Please make checks payable to Immaculate Conception School—HSA.

Order pick up will take place in the Parish Hall during the following dates and times:
· Wednesday, December 2: 3:00 – 6:00 pm
· Thursday, December 3: 12:15-1:00 pm and 4:00 – 6:00 pm
· Friday, December 4: 8:00 – 9:00 am and 3:00- 6:00 pm
· Saturday, December 5: 8:00 am to 11:00 am
No other pick-up times will be available. Please refrain from going in at an off time to take your order, they are specifically organized and counted.
